It’s officially Fall and that means it’s time to start decorating for a new season! One of my favorite rooms to decorate in our home is the dining room. This is always my top priority for decor because it’s the first room everyone sees when they walk in our front door. I always have the dining table set regardless of the time of year.
I LOVE creating new table settings each year! It’s a fun hobby where you get to be creative and play around with different ideas. Also, I love giving myself the challenge of trying to use items I already own. I almost always use these neutral white plates because they seem to go with everything. You might be surprised as to what you can find in your own home to create a beautiful table setting.
This tablescape was super easy to create, and I purchased most of the products from Target and Trader Joe’s. Here’s what you’ll need if you want to re-create this look:
- Wicker Chargers – I may have gotten mine from Hobby Lobby years ago, but you can currently order some on Amazon.
- White Plates – These are from the Hearth and Hand Collection at Target.
- Napkins – Any ivory or white napkin will do, but I got mine from the Hearth and Hand Collection at Target.
- Moscow Mule Mugs – I just ordered these new ones from Amazon.
- Table Runner – Any plain white table runner will do. I purchased mine from Target.
- Wooden Vases – I got mine from Target, but you could always use a plain white vase if you can’t find these.
- Small White Pumpkins – You can find these at Trader Joe’s or a grocery store.
- Wheat Stems (Gold and Green) – You can find these wheat stems at Trader Joe’s or order online from Amazon.
- Twine – You’ll need this to tie the wheat stems together.
- Corn Husk Wreath – You don’t need this for the table setting, but it looks nice on a wall behind the table if you have room.
