Ricotta and mango crostini is the easiest and one of the most delicious appetizers you can make. It’s so simple and requires only a few ingredients (most of which are pantry staples). These crostini bites are a crowd pleaser for even the pickiest of eaters. They are both savory and sweet, and it’s the perfect starter before dinner. I’d recommend pairing with a crisp, mineral Chardonnay from Burgundy. Cheers!
