The Perfect Summer Peach Spritz with Vodka

I love using seasonal ingredients to make cocktails. I decided to get creative and use peaches to make this delicious summer spritz. It’s super simple to make and only requires a few ingredients. It’s refreshing, and it doesn’t taste boozy at all.

Balsamic Peach Spritz

Ingredients

1.5 oz vodka
1 T white balsamic vinegar
½ cup peaches
3 oz Prosecco
basil leaves and peach slices for garnish

Instructions

Muddle the peaches in a cocktail shaker until they are thoroughly crushed.
Add the vodka and balsamic vinegar to the cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake thoroughly.
Strain drink into lowball cocktail glass filled with ice.
Top it off with Prosecco. Garnish with basil leaves and peach slices.
