Happy Sunday! I am sure everyone is busy prepping for the holidays right about now. Is it just me or is time flying be this year? I cannot believe it is mid-November.
Do you all have your menus planned yet for the holidays? Have you thought about what you might make for breakfast the morning of Thanksgiving or Christmas? If not, I have a super easy recipe for you today! I am not kidding – it only involved mixing and baking. The best part? You can find all of the ingredients for under $10! Who doesn’t love that?
Brunch Egg Puff
Ingredients
- 10 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pound grated jack cheese
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 1 small can green chiles, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- Bake 30-45 minutes until golden in a 9x13 non-stick pan.
Like I said, this recipe is super simple and very tasty. Your guests are going to love this dish!
