Happy Sunday! It’s finally time to reveal my Christmas Tablescape for 2019. I wasn’t sure what I was going to do this year, but I knew I wanted to do something a little more casual than previous years. I browsed through Pinterest for some inspiration, and I ended up finding an idea that I loved.
With tablescapes, I always try to incorporate items that I already own. Also, I LOVE finding ideas that anyone could implement in their own home. For example, I always try to use neutral items like white plates because I feel like most people already own those. You don’t need to overcomplicate it when it comes to decorating your dining table!
I started with wicker chargers that I already owned and added in Christmas color with a wreath and napkin. I purchased the plates from Target in the Hearth & Hand Collection. The appetizer plates are linked here and the dinner plates are linked here.
I found the napkins at Home Goods, but I linked some similar products below. The napkin brand is called “Mill Valley Bistro,” but I couldn’t seem to locate their products anywhere online. If you can’t find them at your local Home Goods, you could always use a plain red napkin instead.
I tried using garland as a centerpiece for the tablescape, but it just wasn’t working with the wreaths on the plates. Instead, I ended up finding those mini trees at Target. I love how the trees keep it simple and don’t take away from the place settings.
The garland around the light fixture is from Hobby Lobby from a couple years ago. I think it really adds to the overall look of dining room and makes it even more festive!
I LOVE the way this tablescape turned out, and I think I’ll reuse it again next year. It was so easy to put together, and I love the simplicity of the design. Most of the products were from Target, and I linked all of the products at the bottom of this post.
Believe it or not, this will be our FIRST Christmas at home. We typically travel over the holidays, but I’m excited to stay put this year and enjoy the decorations that we’ve spent so much time on.
